2nd. Day: LIMA
Breakfast. It will take you 03 hours to travel into the past to XVI century. You will visit Lima colonial enchantments: the Main Square located up today in the same area assigned by Francisco Pizarro, founder of Lima in 1535; the cathedral, the Government Palace, we recommend you to attend the change of guard (daily at 11:45), the San Francisco Monastery, with its beautiful cloister and entrance, as well as the underground galleries or catacombs which were used as cemeteries during the Colony Period. You will appreciate then the Huaca Pucllana, which was considerate as a pre-Inca worshipping ceremonial center. Then you will travel back to the XX century visiting modern districts with beautiful squares, small squares and avenues, as well as Miraflores with its beautiful beaches, intensive commercial trading and active nightlife. You will visit the square of love. It has a big sculpture representing a ¨Couple of Andean lovers ¨. with a great view of the Pacific Ocean.
Then, you will enjoy a delicious lunch: typical Peruvian and International. Followed by a visit to the GOLD MUSEUM. Return to the hotel. Lodging.
3rd. Day: LIMA / AREQUIPA
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Arequipa. At your arrival reception and transfer to selected hotel. Lodging. In the Afternoon, you will visit the second biggest city of Perú which conserves old the architectonic treasures, and modern districts like the Residential Selva Alegre area. You will also know the Main square, the Cathedral, the polychrome Dome of “La compañia de Jesus”, which has cloisters with ashlar (volcanic white stone or “sillar”) arcades; Yanahuara square, San Francisco church, the Chilina’s valley and the well-known Santa Catalina convent.
4th. Day:: AREQUIPA / CUSCO
Breakfast. At required time transfer from hotel to the airport to board the flight to Cusco City. At your arrival, reception at Velasco Astete Airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Lodging. Free morning to get acclimatized to the 3 360 m.a.s.l.
In the afternoon, City Tour in Cusco walking through the Cathedral which its interior and exterior frontage is renacentist style. Inside, you will find beautiful cedar wood statues, like the chorus and the Pulpit, as well as the paintings of Cusco School, and some objects made on silver. You will also visit the Qorikancha or Sun Temple; nowadays is the Santo Domingo Church. Then you will go to the four surrounding ruins like The Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q´enqo, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay.
5th. Day: CUSCO / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO
Breakfast. Full day excursion to Machupicchu archeological complex, located in a subtropical Cusco area at 2 350 m.a.s.l.
Transfer from your hotel to the train station to start your guided visit. You will see the marvelous Machupicchu Citadel where you will walk trough its squares, temples, terraces, worship centers and its Royal Palace. You will also visit the “Intiwatana” or Solar Clock and several beautiful natural water fountains on rock carved. It includes lunch. In the afternoon return to Cusco by train, reception and transferto the hotel.
6th. Day: CUSCO / PUNO
Breakfast. At required time, transfer from hotel to the train station to your departure to Puno City. At your arrival, reception at Juliaca city and transfer to Puno. Lodging. Free night.
7th. Day: PUNO / LA PAZ
Breakfast.
At 06:30 aproximatelly (Peruvian time), Transfer in bus from your hotel to La Paz accompanied for a skilled guide during all the tour. You will visit typical towns like July, Pomata, Yunguyo-Casani and Copacabana, visiting the Cathedral and the Main Square. You will board the Catamaran Cruise ship. Lunch included. You will sail through Titikaka´s Lake to visit the famous Sun Island, the Garden and the Inca time terraces. We will cross through the Ttikina´s strait to arrive at Chua harbor where we will take the bus to go to the selected hotel in La Paz. You will arrive at 18:30 (Bolivian time).Lodging. Free night.
8th. Day: LA PAZ
Breakfast. In the morning, Visit to La Paz city at 3 800 m.a.s.l. You will go to its typical artisan market, the San Francisco colonial church, witchcraft market, Murillo Square where the Government Palace, the Cathedral and the National Congress are located, Jaen Street with 04 interesting museums followed by the outdoors museum of the Tiwanaku culture. Then a visit to the residential zones of Obrajes, Colocoto and La Florida. Finally, you will go to the uncomparable De La Luna Valley. Free afternoon. At night, we suggest you to enjoy the folkloric show to appreciat its typical dances and its colorful costume.
9th. Day: LA PAZ /......
Breakfast. At required time, transfer from hotel to the airport for your international or domestic flight
